. hey, mike. >> hello, christina. hello, fog. this is san jose. 280 and highway 17. the headlights you see glowing ones northbound 280 coming up underneath that 17/880 interchange. on the maps i have drawn an arrow to show you the same stretch where we saw headlights. slowing right at the interchange. lit up orange here on my map. that's where traffic and weather index shows there's fog creeping in through that earlier shot. an issue for highway 85 much of the morning and continues to be more widespread and as that traffic flow starts to kick in for north 101 like i show you here or 87 coming into downtown, we see more slowing because of volume increasing. fog would complicate things. also an issue through the tri-valley fog there for parts of livermore and pleasanton. highway 84. although no unusual patterns here. we see typical slowing out of altamont pass. slowing across the inline for the bay bridge. look at traffic flow with a live look. you see cash lanes now coming off that bay bridge toll plaza starting to back up a tad bit. we may see metering lights in another 15 to 20 mi

gives the castro club more time to add issues to their project. mike from the castro club are here to speak for the castro club. we've been met with respect for the whole project. for a second i'd like to talk about the actions and reacts. and these are the objections. one was about odor. we're going to run a shaft up on the roof and take the process to get rid of the odor. and another one was the noise. if you all think there shouldn't be a setback in the rear of the building but we'd like to do a sound study and submit it to the planning department to maintain the sound level at whatever the staff or commission feels important. i think the aren't patrons are going to have to keep their goods within the boundaries of the allowed space. and rear yard use and volume we'll address these issues. and staff has asked us to maintain a distance from the neighbors. and i know you were all paying attention to what tom said. and the area does not really effect the neighborhood and the rest of it is for the area above. the stairwell we're going taking out is going to avoid loters. we'll have

meteorologist mike masco. we have the latest on the snow and how long it will fall. no pressure at all. >> you know, guys, a lot of snow, not a lot of snow, unfortunately. it was a taste of snow. take a look at the shot. things looking good. this is our most popular radar, just some light banding of snow along 40 toward hampden, woodlawn seeing some of those bands of snow showers. we'll slide it up toward cecil county. that's where we find the most snow action. this is a moderate clip. this will run along into calvert and back down into 95. tidings bridge seeing moderate snow. that came in with the clipper. notice back to the west starting to see things clearing out, winchester, right along 81. that is the back edge of the snow. as quick as it came in this will be out in the next half an hour to an hour. 18 degrees. it's 63. 18 in bel air. we wish it was 63. the snow will be part of the equation. 19 degrees. 17 waking up. we'll be well into the 50s by next week. we'll show you that seven-day forecast coming up. >>> a snowy evening mean has drive home will be sloppy and messy out th
